VideoEnvy provided the live video production and streaming services for the Rice University 2019 Commencement which included four ceremonies in three different venues over two days. Our team included four camera operators, producer, engineer, live director and utility crew. We combined our video services with the audio feed from another vendor and fed Rice U a SDI line to stream over YouTube and throughout the campus monitors. VideoEnvy also created all the graphics for the show.
