Aerial Drone Video - Gulf Inland

Gulf Inland Logistics Park is an undeveloped land tract in Dayton, TX.   With more than 1,350 acres, the owners needed to be able to convey where the land was located, the size of the property, and its proximity to rail and road.   Standard still photography or videography would not properly show the benefits of this large piece of land.  VideoEnvy was contacted by BrightSpot Creative to create a video to be used as the header on the client’s new website.  We coordinated with BrightSpot Creative and Gulf Land Logistics Park to produce the video. Our licensed drone pilot and videographer captured beautiful aerial videography of the site.  We combined the aerial footage with a few ground shots to capture the nearby highway.   We provided several different video sizes and options for the client to use on the website and to share with potential tenants.
