When you’re scouting a location for your next video shoot, there’s an easy (and inexpensive) trick that can make a noticeable difference in your sound.

For this week’s Thursday tip, we’re talking about sound again. There are times when you can get to a location and there’s nothing in it, and there’s nothing to absorb then the audio, which makes it sound very hollow. To help with that problem, we brought a handful of rugs. And so when you step on the rug, absorb some of that sound, and you can hear a slight difference between when you’re standing on the rug and when you’re off.
