Thursday Tips: Shooting Video for Sports Events

Sports videography can be a challenge and there’s a lot to consider before getting started. Take a look at today’s #ThursdayTips to help you capture all the action.

Transcript:

Shooting a sports video isn’t easy. To make a dynamic video, you need to have cameras situated throughout the stadium. You need to have one in the stands to get the wide shot of the field. You need to have another on the field with a close-up lens, to see the action and get those tight shots. You can even add a drone to see the beauty as the players go down the field. Shooting sports isn’t the same as shooting a corporate video. So, when you hire your next team to shoot your sports video, make sure they have sports experience.
