Do you ever see those videos that are like blah, blah, blah, blah, blah? It’s like the old Charlie Brown cartoons. It’s someone talking, and they’re going on and on, and all you see is their face. That’s OK for 30 seconds even a minute but when you’re creating a storytelling video, it’s about both the visuals and the audio. When you’re saying what your company does, show me. When you’re talking about a new product, let me see it.
When you’re saying how your organization impacts the community, I want to see you in the community not a person’s head saying you rehabbed a house. Show off what you do. Video is about both the visuals and the audio. Keep that in mind the next time you’re shooting your video.
